He was born in Malatya in 1974 and completed his first, middle and high school education in Malatya.  Ahmet Arslan completed his high school term by winning championships in swimming and basketball sports. In 1993, he won medical school at Malatya Inonu University.  She graduated from this in 1999 and started her residency in General Surgery.  After a while, he left this section and continued his residency in the Department of esthetic, plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In 2005, Dr. Ahmet Arslan and his wife, Dr. Tugba Arslan, Este Laser Beauty Center began to operate the Malatya branch. In 2006, Ahmet Arslan completed his compulsory service at Van State Hospital.  He founded the Armada plastic Surgery and Beauty Center in 2007, when his family moved to Van.  After 5 years of success, Van returned to Malatya, where he was born with his family and continued to provide quality services by establishing Dr. Tuğba Arslan Kligini. In 2013, Elazig opened a branch in Medikalpark Hospital and carried out activities with the hospital for 5 years.  With the training and seminars he has received abroad and abroad, Ahmet Arslan, who has constantly developed himself, has made the aim of providing the healthiest and safest service to his clients. In April 2018, Dr. Ahmet Arslan in Elazig opened his new clinics and offered his customers a healthy, safe, high-end service.
